How to find the tracking number of a Shein order
Shein shows the tracking number and the carrier on the order once it has shipped. The first events often describe processing in Shein's warehouse; the carrier's own events start once it has the package.
Where to look
- In the app or on the website: open your account, go to My Orders (the name can differ by app version and language), open the shipped order and choose "Track". The tracking page shows the carrier and the tracking number.
- In the shipping email: Shein emails you when an order ships, with the tracking details or a link to them.
Split orders
Larger orders can ship in more than one package, each with its own number. The order page lists every package; check which items are in which before you report anything missing.
What to expect from the tracking
Shein ships from its warehouses through national postal services and couriers, which differ by country. When the order is marked as shipped, the carrier may not show the package yet: a label is created before the carrier records the package; see our guide to the "shipment information received" status. For international shipments, a local carrier in your country usually delivers the last part of the journey, and the tracking may name it after the handover. See our guide to the "arrived at destination country" status, which explains that handover. The tracking number appears only once the order has shipped; until then the order shows its processing status.
Tracking the number outside the Shein app
Copy the number exactly as shown, then paste it into the field below or into the Trackful app. If it fits several carriers, pick the one the order page names. If the carrier doesn't know the number yet, see tracking number not found: right after shipping, that is normal.
Trackful is an independent package tracker. It is not affiliated with Shein, has no access to your Shein account and doesn't import orders from it. In the Android app you can connect a mailbox (Gmail with an app password, or any IMAP mailbox): a model on your phone reads shipping emails, including those from online shops, and suggests the tracking numbers it finds. You choose which to add. Email content stays on your phone; only the numbers you add are sent to check their status.
Track your package
Paste a tracking number: Trackful looks it up with the carrier (or asks you to pick one) and shows the updates the carrier reports. Free, no sign-up, up to 3 packages in the browser.
On Android, the Trackful app finds tracking numbers in your shipping emails on your phone and notifies you when a status changes.
