How to find the tracking number of a Temu order

Temu shows the carrier and tracking number for each package of an order once it has shipped. One order often arrives in several packages, each with its own number.

Where to look

  • In the app or on the website: open your account, go to Your orders, find the order and choose "Track". Once the package has shipped, the tracking page shows the carrier and the tracking number. Use that number, not the order number, which identifies your purchase.
  • In the shipping email or notification: Temu tells you when a package ships, with a link to its tracking.

Several packages per order

Items of one order can ship from different warehouses at different times. Each package then has its own carrier and tracking number, listed separately on the order. If one package has arrived and the tracking of another hasn't moved, check that you are looking at the right number before you worry.

If an outside tracker can't find a number yet, check Temu's own tracking page first: it may show warehouse events before the carrier has any.

Which carrier delivers it

Temu works with different carriers depending on the country and the warehouse: national postal services, couriers and cross-border logistics companies. The carrier named on the tracking page is the one to ask; after a handover, the events may name the local carrier that delivers it.

Right after an order is marked as shipped, the carrier may not show any events yet: a label is created before the carrier records the package. That is explained in shipment information received. If an international package goes quiet for a while, see tracking not updating.

Tracking the number outside the Temu app

Copy the number exactly as shown, then paste it into the field below or into the Trackful app. If it fits several carriers, pick the one the order page names. If the carrier doesn't know the number yet, see tracking number not found: right after shipping, that is normal.

Trackful is an independent package tracker. It is not affiliated with Temu, has no access to your Temu account and doesn't import orders from it. In the Android app you can connect a mailbox (Gmail with an app password, or any IMAP mailbox): a model on your phone reads shipping emails, including those from online shops, and suggests the tracking numbers it finds. You choose which to add. Email content stays on your phone; only the numbers you add are sent to check their status.

Track your package

Paste a tracking number: Trackful looks it up with the carrier (or asks you to pick one) and shows the updates the carrier reports. Free, no sign-up, up to 3 packages in the browser.

On Android, the Trackful app finds tracking numbers in your shipping emails on your phone and notifies you when a status changes.
